RCT has a specialised Training team providing the training for safe operation, correct maintenance, and repair procedures to empower operators with the knowledge needed to be self-sufficient on site.
Supported by practical demonstrations, hands-on experience and animated presentations, these courses deliver relevant and interesting content; much of which is based on the experience of our technicians and designed to ensure maximum productivity and safety for our client.
The benefits of RCT face-to-face training to be realised without the need for trainees to attend in-person. Trainees simply require a computer with a microphone and camera and fast/stable internet connection.
Trainees will still have the opportunity to connect, problem solve and network with other trainees.
Webinars are ideal in situations where travel constraints or shift obligations make it impracticable to arrange a group training session in a traditional format.
Conducted at RCT’s offices or at the customer’s site. Highly interactive courses with the use of real equipment, advanced training aids and hands-on practical training.
Activities include demonstrations, discussions, presentations, group work and practice.
Face-to-face courses provide people with an opportunity to connect, problem solve and network with other trainees from both similar and different backgrounds – adding to the richness of learning.
Online courses can be completed anytime, anywhere. For a set period of time, trainees will have unlimited access to these courses and they can be completed at their own pace. Although face-to-face interaction with the trainer is not possible, online courses are a considerable cost saver to the customer.
Online courses suit the different learning styles of people and incorporate a range of different delivery methods compared to our traditional courses.
The courses are modular in nature and progress in complexity as more difficult concepts are discussed.
The training has empowered staff, making it possible to avoid extended downtime and save thousands of dollars in the costs associated with outsourcing maintenance overseas.

Skills training is available for small groups or an entire workforce, either on-site or off-site. Participants who successfully complete training receive a globally recognised certificate from RCT’s Certified Skills Training program.
