RCT has an exciting opportunity for an experienced communication professionals to join our and make a big impact on our marketing and communications team as Digital Marketing Specialist.

This role is for a full-time fixed-term 12-month contract based at our global head office in Kewdale, Western Australia with the potential for a permanent role.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you work collaboratively with our domestic and international teams, to make a real impact promoting our products. This role is perfect for an active and results-driven digital marketing professional looking to further develop their career.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who has a passion for executing strategic digital marketing campaigns and creating compelling B2B digital communications to expand RCT’s global reach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with our team to create digital media strategies to grow the company profile, market share and revenue.
• Coordinate and define global marketing campaigns and support regions with local marketing plans.
• Assist in creating timely and engaging content optimised for the platform and intended audience.
• Analyse and report on campaigns and projects for successes and new opportunities.
• Continue to refine and define our digital marketing process.
• Stay current with social media and digital marketing trends and tools.
• Track, analyse and report on metrics and performance of marketing activities

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skillset:

• Your style will be upbeat, proactive, and adaptable.
• A Digital Marketing / Communications degree, and a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with digital communications, including Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Digital Advertising, and Content Marketing
• Must have experience defining project scope, requirements and production plans and communicating these with internal teams and suppliers.
• Loves asking the right questions and enjoys solving the problem
• Can talk technology and translate goals into solutions
• Excellent time management skills and an eye for detail
• You love being part of a team and supporting the growth of the company
