The AusProTec™ Dual Axis Angle Sensor is housed in a tough and compact aluminium shell and has no moving parts. These features provide a robust and durable unit suitable for any mining or industrial application where monitoring of the platform angle is required. The unit is factory pre-set to 2.5 degrees on both the X and Y axis from the horizontal, therefore, the unit must be securely mounted on a horizontal surface. Once powered, the unit will provide a positive output when the tilt on either axis exceeds 2.5 degrees.
