This compact product incorporates a laser beam and rechargeable battery pack which can be mounted to any type of industrial equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. Fitted to your forklift in-line with the machine tynes, will act as a visual guide for the machine operator when aligning the tynes into pallets. This allows for a precise forklift loading/unloading activities to improve safety across your logistics site and promotes fleet efficiency.
This solution contains a class 2 laser which is safe to use around your workforce and will meet most industrial safety rules and regulations. The compact battery pack offers between 50-70 hours of operating time and the alignment light can be switched on and off by the machine operator with a remote control.
No drilling or tooling are required for installation, both the laser and the battery pack are supplied with high strength magnets for mounting.
