The NEW Muirhead® adjustable Incline Warning Controller, is designed to assist in maintaining safe and productive machine operation.
Mine sites and quarries require some operation on an incline. When operating on inclines the controller can be configured to warn when operation is approaching the safe incline angle limit, this ensures the operator never reaches an unsafe incline angle which helps prevent dangerous machine roll overs. When the operation is dependent on level indication, the controller can be configured to warn at different stages to assist with operator efficiency.
The unit is a solid state device compact in design and flexible in applications. The outputs can activate audible and visual warnings or be connected to a machine control system to assist in operation.
The Incline warning controller is proven in the harshest conditions in multiple applications on most mobile machines. If the operation is on an incline the controller adds the extra safety feature required.
