The Muirhead® Water Spray Controllers are used on all surface mine sites to manage haul roads.
Controllers are available in manual and fully programmable automatic.
The manually controlled panel allows the operator to adjust the rate of water dispersed, the operator assess the amount of water required and simply adjust the proportional output via the potentiometer.
The automatic system is pre-programmed to disperse the water based on the speed of the truck.The controller can be programmed to suit specific watering applications or site specific conditions.
Controllers are available with up to 6 spray head outputs for individual control, auto/ manual function switch, three adjustable speed settings, one shot pulse and an adjustable constant pulse setting. Controllers have been designed to interface into a OEM mobile water truck control panel or are self contained with switches and indicators.
There is a controller available to suit all Water Truck applications.
