RCT continues its role of providing essential services
As an integral technology enabler for the mining and industrial sectors for over 48 years, RCT continues to support our customers amid the global COVID-19 situation.
RCT's role as a technology enabler and solution provider is critical, now more than ever, as mining customers leverage more on automation and technology to maintain pre-COVID-19 output and production with a less transient workforce. The mantra "do more with less" is ever more real in times like this.
To ensure our customers' business continuity, RCT is looking at innovative ways of providing technical support to our customers remotely, and how best to provide essential goods and services to our customers at their sites within the ambit of government directives and also ensuring that our employees’ safety and health are not put at risk.
To ensure a sustainable supply to our customers, RCT has been working closely with our key suppliers to ensure there is minimum impact from the COVID-19 situation to RCT's inventory. RCT's branches are working to ensure that customers' orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
We value our relationship with all of our customers' and will be continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic. Our supply chain is constantly putting in measures to minimise any disruption to supply that may occur.
RCT looks forward to continuing working closely with you to ensure that RCT can continue to provide essential goods, services and support to you expeditiously in these current COVID-19 circumstances.
