Accelerate Action: Celebrating International Women's Day at RCT

Blog

8 March 2025 was International Women's Day (IWD), and at RCT, we take immense pride in celebrating this day to honour the remarkable contributions of women in our industry and reaffirm our commitment to gender equality.

RCT is actively shaping a workplace where diversity is not just a goal but a fundamental strength. Every initiative we undertake is a step toward creating an environment where all voices are heard, valued, and empowered. RCT is committed to exceeding industry benchmarks in gender pay equity and has set targets of 30% female employees and 40% females in management.

This year's IWD theme, "Accelerate Action", perfectly aligns with RCT's core strategic pillars: Inclusion and Diversity. Achieving gender equality requires more than just words. It demands deliberate, collective action. RCT is committed to driving real change, ensuring that inclusion is woven into the fabric of our company culture, and creating opportunities that allow everyone to thrive.

The women at RCT are pioneering innovation and shaping the future of our industry. Their dedication, expertise, and leadership fuel our success and push the boundaries of what's possible.

To mark the occasion, we invited some of the incredible women at RCT to share what International Women's Day means to them. Their stories inspire us, reminding us why it is essential to create a workplace where talent is recognised, opportunities are equitable, and success knows no gender.
